What this is

An independent consultation about whether egg freezing is the right step for you, with a UK clinician. You leave with a written summary and, when appropriate, a referral to a partner clinic that suits you.

What this isn’t

The treatment itself. We don’t perform egg freezing. That’s done by our partner clinics in London. Your decision, your timing, your choice of clinic.

What’s different about speaking to us first

Most fertility clinics need to fill appointment slots. We are independent of any one clinic, so the first conversation is about you, and the right option for you.

A consultation within days, not months

Same-day phone or video slots when available. Referral to a partner clinic usually within a week. No NHS waiting list, no back-and-forth trying to find a private route on your own.

Your numbers, explained in plain English

We talk through your AMH, AFC and any other markers that matter for egg freezing: what they mean, what they don’t, and what your realistic options look like at this point.

An honest answer, not a sales pitch

If egg freezing is the right next step, we’ll explain it and refer you. If it isn’t, we’ll say so. The consultation fee covers our time either way. There is no incentive to push you towards a procedure.

The real cost

What egg freezing actually costs in London.

Many clinics advertise a headline cycle price and quietly leave out medication, scans, and yearly storage. Here are the real numbers, including what most patients pay overall.

1 cycle

£5,349

Includes medication, scans, blood tests, and the egg collection procedure.

3 cycles

£13,349

Includes medication, scans, blood tests, and all three egg collection procedures.

Annual storage

£450 / year

Thaw and embryo transfer (when you use your eggs)

~£2,500

Typical end-to-end total, freeze to transfer

£7,000–£8,000

All treatment prices shown are typical of our partner clinics in London and are subject to change. You’ll receive a full written breakdown from the clinic before committing to anything.

The process

From booking to a clear plan, in three steps.

  1. Step one

    Book your slot

Choose a time that works for you, with same-day slots where available and evenings and weekends included. You’ll receive a short intake form so we have your background before the call.

  2. Step two

    Speak with the clinician

A 30-minute private consultation by phone or video. We discuss your situation, review any results you have, and talk through what egg freezing would actually look like for you.

  3. Step three

    Get your plan and referral

You’ll leave with a written summary. If it’s the right next step, we send a direct referral to the right partner clinic for you, usually with an appointment within a week.

Absolutely brilliant service. Smooth and simple from start to finish. As someone who has an anxiety disorder and can find the Dr’s and surgeries overwhelming it has been incredibly discreet and comfortable. Sonya was amazing. In this day the healthcare system doesn’t feel person centred anymore, this absolutely was.

If you’re busy with day-to-day life and need to speak to a clinician, this service is perfect for you. I actually feel listened to, unlike when calling the surgery, which can be stressful. Sonya was very helpful, polite and professional. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

Prompt response, very attentive and asks lots of questions to make sure they get a full picture of your current illness and past medical history. I would use them again, especially nowadays it has become quite difficult to get GP appointments. Very, very helpful and professional.

Common questions, answered honestly

If there’s something not covered here, ask us on the call.

Do you actually perform the egg freezing?

No. We’re a consultation service. We give you independent clinical advice and, when egg freezing is the right next step, we refer you to the best partner clinic for you in London, who carry out the treatment. The clinical decisions and the timing stay with you throughout.

What does the consultation actually cover?

A 30-minute private call, by phone or video, where we discuss your situation, any prior test results you have (AMH, AFC, scans), and what egg freezing would realistically involve for you. You’ll receive a written summary afterwards, and a direct referral to the partner clinic if that’s the appropriate next step.

Do I need to have had any tests already?

No. If you have AMH or AFC results, bring them. They’ll make the conversation more concrete. If you don’t, we can discuss what tests are worth doing and when. The consultation is useful at any starting point.

Is there an age limit?

There isn’t a hard age cut-off for the consultation itself. We talk through what egg freezing can and can’t do at different ages, and we won’t recommend a course of action that doesn’t make clinical sense. Some funded routes have age criteria. We’ll explain which apply to you.

Will egg freezing actually work?

Egg freezing is an insurance policy, not a guarantee. Realistic success rates depend heavily on two things: your age when the eggs are frozen, and how many eggs you freeze. Sonya will walk you through the latest published success rates for your specific age, and what they actually mean for your chances of a future pregnancy. Going in with realistic expectations is part of what makes this decision a good one.

How many eggs would I need to freeze?

It depends on your age and your goal. Younger patients generally need fewer eggs to give themselves a strong chance of a future pregnancy; older patients typically need more, which can mean multiple cycles. Most patients collect 8–15 eggs per cycle. We’ll talk through realistic targets for your age and whether multiple cycles make sense for you, both medically and financially.

How is this different from going straight to a clinic?

A clinic’s job is to deliver treatment. Ours is to help you decide whether treatment is the right step, and which route makes sense. We can refer you to the best partner clinic for you, but the decision and the timing stay with you.

How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation fee is £99 for a phone consultation, or £120 for a video consultation. The fee covers the call, your written summary, and the referral letter if one is appropriate. There are no hidden costs.

Can I get NHS-funded egg freezing through this route?

NHS-funded egg freezing is available in specific medical circumstances (for example, before certain cancer treatments). For most patients, egg freezing is a private treatment. We can explain which route applies to you on the call.

What happens if egg freezing isn’t right for me?

Then we’ll say so, explain why, and discuss what might be more appropriate. The consultation has value either way. Knowing it isn’t the right step is itself a useful outcome.

Time is the variable that matters most.

Egg quality and quantity decline with age. The most useful version of this conversation is the one you have before you’ve made up your mind, not after.

A consultation now gives you information when it’s still useful. If you decide egg freezing is the right step, the partner clinic can usually see you within a week.
